My experience with Marina San Pablo as the Community Sales Manager was an outstanding learning tool!
The Marina San Pablo sales cycle started in 2003 with concept and selling.
I was honored and excited to be involved from the ground floor and help to design the floorplans for this luxury condominium Jacksonville landmark.
If you are looking for a luxury condo living on a Jacksonville Intracoastal Waterway, check out Marina San Pablo condos! Marina San Pablo is a gated community with a deep water marina and access to the Atlantic Ocean. It is the only high-rise luxury condominium in Jacksonville with a private marina on the Intracoastal Waterway. Condos on the east side enjoy a majestic view of the Intracoastal Waterway. Condos on the south and west sides look out over the Marina.
Constructed in 2006 by Brassfield & Gorrie with Vestcor as the Developer, Marina San Pablo is a ten-story building with 56 condo units ranging from 1727 SF for a two-bedroom plan, three bedrooms range from 2400 SF to 2700 SF, 3500 SF for a four-bedroom. The Penthouse level in this tower includes both the Ninth and Tenth floors. The building is all concrete with a stucco exterior and Spanish tile roof. The clubhouse alone was $5,000,000 to develop.
The community also includes a townhome component, Aphora, that was completed several years ago. They share in the Master assoc dues and the clubhouse amenity.
Many of the condominiums come with a fifty-foot boat slip, and there are slips for purchase also. The Marina is private, for owners of Marina San Pablo and Aphora only. The Marina is located roughly 20 miles to St. Augustine and 17 miles to the Mayport Jetties.
Amenities include a private clubhouse, a fitness center, lap pool overlooking the Marina, a covered outdoor area with grill, and a gathering room inside, including a full catering kitchen.
Marina San Pablo is situated directly on the Intracoastal Waterway south of Butler Blvd. at the south end of San Pablo Road. Pablo Creek Reserve, a single-family home community, and the Pablo Creek Golf Club are located southwest. The prestigious Brumos Collection Museum is to the south featuring displays of vintage Porches and other legendary racing cars.
Marina San Pablo is very convenient to all that Jacksonville has to offer. Marina San Pablo is minutes from the renowned Mayo Clinic, St. Johns Town Center, Jacksonville, and Ponte Vedra Beaches. Twenty minutes to downtown Jacksonville and 30 minutes from Jacksonville International Airport.
